Tynker is a great site that allows teachers to teach students how to code for FREE! Tynker is new but it is quickly becoming a favorite coding site for teachers and students. If you are familar with Scratch then Tynker will be very similar. Tynker was created to “teach” programming and that is what makes it a bit different than other sites. Tynker has lesson plans, classroom management tools, and an online showcase of student-created programs. Lessons are self-paced and simple for students to follow without assistance.
